Return Policy

At Pinstylish, operated by PINBUST SERVE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We offer an easy and transparent return process so you can shop with confidence.


1. Return Window

Most items sold on Pinstylish are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

You can request a return if:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  2. The product is different from the description shown on our site.

  3. The item does not fit as expected (for size-based products).

  4. You are not satisfied with the product (selected categories only).


3. Conditions for Return

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  2. All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  3. The item must pass quality inspection after we receive it.


4. Exchange Policy

  1. Size exchanges are allowed on selected products, subject to stock availability.

  2. If the required size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

  3. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the product must be unused and in original condition.

  4. Exchanges will be delivered within 7 working days.


5. Return Shipping Charges

  1. If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong, or defective product), pickup and return are free.

  2. If the return is due to customer reasons (size issue, dislike), a return pickup fee may apply or self-shipping may be required.


6. Refunds on Returns

  1. Refunds will be processed only after the item is received and passes inspection.

  2. Refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).

  3. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

  4. Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.

  5. Shipping charges, if paid, are non-refundable.


7. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at info@pinstylish.com with:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Clear photos (if the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective)

  2. Wait for approval. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Return process:

  1. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup (for eligible locations) OR provide self-return instructions.

  2. After we receive and inspect the item:

    • For returns, your refund will be processed.

    • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped within 2–4 business days and delivered based on your location (usually within 4–7 business days total).
