1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  2. The product is eligible for return as per our return policy.

  3. The item is returned in its original condition, unused, with original tags and packaging.

  4. The request is made within the return window (typically 7 days from delivery).


2. Refund Process

Step 1: Raise a Request

  1. Your Order ID

  2. A brief reason for the return

  3. Clear images in case of damage or incorrect product

Step 2: Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If approved, we will initiate your refund.

Step 3: Refund Timeline

  1. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, etc.).

  2. It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.


3. Important Notes

  1. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  2. Refunds are not applicable for products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by us.

  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification.
