At Pinstylish, operated by PINBUST SERVE TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, we are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery of your fashion orders across India. This policy explains how and when your orders will be shipped and delivered.

1. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  1. Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  2. Other Cities/Towns: 3–6 business days

  3. Remote Locations: 5–9 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to location, holidays, local disruptions, or high-demand seasons.

2. Shipping Charges

  1. Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently not available on most products.

    • If COD is offered on selected items, a nominal ₹49 handling charge may apply.

3. Order Processing

  1. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST are usually processed the same day.

  2. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

  3. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

4. Service Coverage

  1. We deliver to 19,000+ pin codes across India through trusted logistics partners, ensuring safe and timely delivery in both urban and rural areas.

  2. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  1. A tracking ID

  2. A tracking link

  3. Notifications via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp

6. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

Orders may fail delivery if:

  1. The customer is unavailable at delivery time

  2. The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete

  3. Payment is not completed (for COD, if applicable)

In such cases, the package will be marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). For redelivery, you may need to reconfirm your details, and a re-shipping fee may apply.

7. Important Shipping Notes

  1. Ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct at checkout.

  2. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

  3. In case of delays or delivery issues, our support team will contact you.
